- Express Shipping: Delivery within 1 business day for urgent needs.
Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and the availability of products.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. This allows you to monitor your shipment and know exactly when to expect your delivery.
International Shipping

Return Policy
At Melly Baby Shop, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please review our return policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
- -> Items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- -> Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- -> For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items such as baby nursing items, bath products, and grooming tools if they have been opened or used.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- 1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at Mobile: +27 84 317 9097 to request a return authorization.
- 2. Prepare Your Item: Package the item securely, including all original packaging and accessories.
- 3. Shipping: Return the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Return Shipping Labels
- 1. If you are returning an item due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged product), we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
- 2. In cases where the return is not due to an error on our part, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. You may choose your preferred carrier for the return shipment.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us to initiate the exchange process. Exchanges will be processed as a return, and a new order will be created.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a full refund or replacement.

Items purchased in-store may also be returned to either of our locations:
