To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us to initiate the exchange process. Exchanges will be processed as a return, and a new order will be created.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a full refund or replacement.
